Shipping and Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order,
handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

At Urban Loft/Maduri Interiors, Inc. we like to take great pride in the quality of our products. Special attention to design, materials, safety and durability is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage. Urban Loft/Maduri Interiors, Inc. will arrange for a prompt replacement for another item.
If you are dissatisfied with your choice of products and items are in perfect conditions, these may be returned. You will be refunded the item price minus shipping.
If your item is damaged or shows any flaws, and you do not wish to receive a repair or replacement for the damaged item, you may return the item for full refund, including shipping.
In the event of items that are backordered or no longer available, one of our representatives will
contact you to explain item alternatives, credit or full refund options.
All products must be in the original packaging in order to be returned. If the product is out of the packaging, the freight company will not pick up the product. Personalized items (custom, other) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Urban Loft/Maduri Interiors, Inc. does not accept refunds on furniture that does not fit into your room or house; we encourage you to contact Customer Service if you have any doubts about dimensions before your order is placed. In this case, the customer is responsible for the freight cost both ways, no exceptions.
Returns Policy details
- Damaged/Flawed Item: Full Refund (item price + shipping)
- Item not satisfactory: Item refund (Item price LESS shipping)
- Items on sale: NO returns (on Sale: Special (discount prices) or Discount Coupons used).
- Personalized Item (custom): NO returns.
- Non Continental US and International Orders: NO returns.
NOTE: In the previous table "Shipping" implies the shipping cost of the whole order. If an item is returned from an order with several items, event if the item is damaged only the item price is refunded.
Steps to take
- Contact us within 7 business days via email sales@maduriinteriors.com or
call 787-793-0404 to receive an authorization code from one of our representatives. Any returned orders without our
authorization will be responsible for the cost to reship it and the return will not be accepted.
- Return package with a confirmation receipt. Because we DON'T accept responsability on stolen or lost returning items, we recommend all packages are insured.
- Once we received returned order we will exchange or refund your item
within 7 business days of time we receive the items.
Cancellation Policy
If you place an order, but decide that no longer want it, you can request the order to be cancelled with no charge at all. Full refund is applied.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, with an additional 10% restocking fee.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
Refunds for canceled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no longer valid, we will mail a check to the billing address from the original order. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.
Credit considerations may only be approved and given by Urban Loft/Maduri Interiors, Inc. specifically to the client. Exchanges are not eligible for Credit considerations. In the case of a Credit bestowment, the amount will be credited to your Urban Loft eShop account, and you will be notified of it promptly. Since the Credit amount may only be used the next time you purchase, we recommend you use the full amount. No refunds are accepted after this point. Credit expires a year from approval date.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Refunds do not apply to opened packages.
Sales outside the United States are final; no returns will be accepted for any reason for non-U.S. deliveries.
